I've tried this build in AI games only, so far, as i'm not very confident as a support player, but this build seems to be going well so far and i hope it will also be good in PVP matches.

After i had a look at this guide i went immediately and bought Kench and qued up as supp. 8 Straight matches was won, while eating the whole team at least 4 times each and having a bunch of fun :P. Though i think boots of swiftness is so much better on him. Reason is obvious ye? =D
Great guide!

Yep, and he's only getting buffed, just remember to upvote if you liked the guide :)

So big thing here. Taking health in your Seals and armor in your Quints gives the exact same amount of health but 4 more armor. This has been the optimal setup since the rune rework. Also, Adaptive Armor seems rather meh on a support because % buffs only really shine when you have the gold to get full build. It's probably better to cut back on the def masteries for the 0/9/21 setup that has been suggested. Just my 2 cents.

Also the setup is either 9 armor seals for 9 armor and 3 health quints for 78 hp. 9/78
or
The other setup is 9 seals of health for 72hp and 3 quints of armor for 12 armor, note that the 1st one is also considerably cheaper for new players. 12/72
I believe the 6 health at level is better than the 3 armor also as I said it is cheaper.

Adaptive armor is the best choice since the other options are a bit of armor/magic resist or health regen of which it becomes worth if you take Second Wind and you won't do this, also considering it is deep in the defense tree, remember I put the main option as 9/21 and only put the defensive masteries at someones request, also

LANE MATCHUPS COMING SOON, I'VE BEEN VERY BUSY RECENTLY SO WHEN I GO ON HOLIDAY I SHOULD DO THE MATCHUPS, FOR THE TIME BEING THERE ARE SMALLER NOTES AND THE MAIN THINGS ON EACH SUPPORT YOU MAY MEET
