As small as it may seem, the only thing I could find was you using ’ instead of ', changing that seems to have fixed it. I personally don't even have a way to type ’ (instead of a straight apostrophe), not sure if that's different for you? Anyway, I have seen it before (when copying Riot news posts for example), so it's a bit odd that it doesn't get recognised as an apostrophe at all.

Google docs is actually really weird in that sense. They apparently only use the slanted apostrophes.
