People that are willing to give you a free, thorough review for your guide. (Explaining what should be changed, done differently or what should be added and why)
The only thing that's expected of you is an actual guide that helps people out, not just a build order and a few lines with vague explanations.
If interested, asking one reviewer should suffice, as it takes a lot of work to review a full guide. No need to ask multiple people for the same review.
