I do believe that's the point. She also references good old Game of Thrones with the Freljord skin though.
Some thoughts;
Passive seems weak comparatively to other passives recently.
Q is actually one of the coolest abilities I've seen in a long time.
W; finally some new use of
Death Ray targeting. Seems really powerful due to how big it is. Kind of a smaller scale poppy ult though.
E; another parallel to Poppy. Knew they couldnt resist making more anti-sash abilities.
R; this is why I think she won't really be a mid laner. No damage on an ultimate kind of pigeonholes her into a supportive role (coupled with her amazing CC).
