I agree McEnder, The E is a great shredder of armour especially handy to drop it down before trading, And with a more likely tank meta around the corner, maxing E or taking an extra point in it early may make a huge difference

OK so your E is not useless or just forgettable it bases of ap I find building atleast one item with ap tends to help shred in team fights, I tend to use my W when one of them over pushes into my team almost guaranteeing his/her death. E can also be used as an execute on a fleeing enemy who is fairly low other than that this seems to be a decent guide (Just don't underestimate E)
