Good build, lots of description. Im not sure I would have taken Lichbane so late, its normally my second or third item.

I never considered getting Lich Bane earlier because I try to get all the magic penetration I can early game while every has barely any magic resistance, making it possible to deal true damage on squishy and most tanks. However, I am going to try it and see where it gets me, thank you for the suggestion.

The build is fine, plenty of power behind you. But I dislike your use of Magic Pierce Glyphs, those 9 glyphs add to 5 magic pierce, vs 9 Glyphs of Focus reducing CD by 5%. Considering your build is really lacking in the CD Reduction Department, 5% will do you wonders.

Lux is very strong when she can max her CD, getting those Ult's out once every 24 seconds. You have 9% from Masteries, and theoretically 15% from a maxed Soulstealer. 24% is good, but could be better.

Also, I would suggest getting rid of Haunting Guise later into the game. The 200hp is nice for surviving early on, but I suggest replacing it with an Abyssal Scepter later. This will provide you the 20magic pierce, except it helps your whole team (Reduction Aura rather than Pierce). You also gain a large amount of magic resist to help you survive, and more AP than the Haunting Guise provides.

Finally, I suggest getting a rank in Prismatic Barrier early on. Even though it is not a great move, it doesn't need to be a throwaway, and can help reduce you and your allies early damage, even just a little.

I've tried focusing on cooldowns, but in my experience, I don't feel that damage output is high enough. Sure, I can attack more frequently, however the damage isn't that threatening unless I'm using my ulti. The Abyssol Scepter is an EXCELLENT thought though, and one I never considered until you mentioned it. I always forget that it passively reduces Magic Resistance (which would be the same as pagic pentration) however, it can even benefit your allies as THEIR Abilities will do more damage as well. Again, this is an excellent suggestion and I will more than likely rework the build to accommodate the Abyssol Scepter. As for the Prismatic Barrier, I usually don't put the point into it until late game because I focus on raising damage output as much as possible in early/mid game, saving the PURE support spell for late game team fights. Until late game, I solo with Lux in mid lane, keeping my distance so enemies CAN't damage me.

Thank you for the feedback, it is all very much appreicated.

I like the build, since it is quite similair to what I use. Only difference is that I take Morello's Evil Tome instead of the Haunting Guise and I take the Deathcap before the Voidstaff.
Description seems to be right too. Except a little comment on the skill sequence: The second basic attack before the Finales Funkeln isn't nescesary anymore since the skill already detonates the debuff provided by your passive ability on the target and it refreshes it. So unless you manage to shoot and then ult before the basic attack lands, it is better to just detonate Luscent Singularity and then ult right away.
And perhaps it is easier to do E > shoot > Q > R for people who aren't very experienced since your ult wil alway hit a rooted target (unless you aim just rly rly bad :P). Just my 2 cents. + vote form me

There have been many times when i approached an enemy and used Light Binding after Lucent Singularity so I had a sure chance of landing my Ult, however, the skill sequence is designed for fighting a full health opponent and utilizing your passive as much as possible. Too many times, I've opened up an encounter with Lucent Singularity only to have them running away afterwards OR suddenly changing their indicated path and I miss dealing ability damage all together. I like to open a fight with Light binding to make sure all of my attacks and Lucent Singularity will also hit it's target. Champions generally don't move perpandicular to you when attempting to escape, so successfully hitting them with my Gundam Beam nearly never fails, as they always take one path --- going straight back. With that said, there have been times when i considered taking Morello's Evil Tome, purely for the AP boost and cooldown passive. (I do not consider an increase of mana regeneration by 2.4 per second to be that effective when I'm consantly using Clarity and have the blue buff); however, I do not include it in my build because of it's price. It costs nearly 1000 more gold than the Haunting Guise, which I buy mainly for the magic penetration coupled with more AP and some health. Being that it is an early game item I purchase, I find it more benficial to get the Haunting Guise, as I can get it up to 2 or 3 levels sooner than i could get Morello's Evil Tome. However, like I said to Warlemming above, I will more than likely replace the Haunting Guise with the Abyssol Scepter in mid/late game for better effects.
