Taric is the most OP champion, he's like a walking fountain!
He drastically changes the outcome by healing up everyone while keeping Clarity as a reserve, it's almost scary how he's able to enhance the ganking potential of another champion. You have to remember that League of Legends is a teamplaying game, and with a decent team there is almost nothing stopping him. However, he's not too good in teamfights with everything happening at once. He specialises in ganking, rescue attemps, recovery, and help backdorring -> turret tank. Unlike Soraka he's a bit more tanky, he doesn't really do the DPS, he is the support! If you kill him first then the your team will have a full penalty of having the rest of the other team DPS'ing and probably killing of half before long. If you don't go all in on Taric, he will just recover.. if they don't kill him first, it's going to be much more difficult to kill the rest.
However, he won't win you the game 100% because there's always counters like bursting down the weakest, full CC, and reduced healing effects. Not to mention his capabilities to act in teamfights are rather weak unless he has full CDR, auto-attacks and got loads of AP with some decent survivability.
He is very dependent on a good team compostion, aswell as good players, because you need more than 1-OP to win the game!

Not to Brag but i got VLAD banned in Ranked because we ended up playing the same guys twice

they cried and said their going to rage on the fourms because i was 18-4-10. sigh*

Okay, well personally I think the only OP thing in the game is AUTOSTUNS. I'm talking about Scion/Taric. Two second stuns that autofollow. If they were skill shots (like Morgana's stun) I would accept it as fair. But autostuns that are ranged, and last that long are ridiculous.
But hey, it's pretty fun to mess people with.
Best combo ever: Taric + Fiddle. Fiddle fears the enemy. Taric stuns while Fiddle drains them. Dead.

I find Shaco's ability to never die if you can play him to be OP as you never feed the enemy team and he gets alot of ganks. Get sheen on him and your initial burst will knock any caster or squishy down.. while passive poinson reduces enemy hit chance making low hp, high dmg carries easy prey aswell. OP.
Also Taric is pretty OP, roll him ability power(like I do in my guide) and he puts out massive heals, with CDR runes and blue rune you and your auto attacking dps AD carry will have an easy game. Ult basically hands them a BF sword and stun and shatter's armor reduc leave the enemy helpless. Also when taric heals he heals himself also and shatter is aoe along with your ulti. OP.
Use Shen with some energy runes and grab him tabi, heart of gold, sunfire. Ulti into any teamfight from across the map and aoe taunt dash and feint to damage soak. He can turn the tide of any fight and end up with your team scoring the ace instead of the enemy. OP.

tarics stun does incredibly low damage, and the duration of the stun depends on how long it takes the missile to hit the target.
pantheons stun is 2 seconds, and it puts him right at the enemy. lastly morgs "stun" is 3 seconds at max, and its also not a stun, but a snare. the difference is that you can't move in a snare, while in a stun you can't do anything.

i totally agree on shaco being completely op.
on shen, while his ulti is great, shielding an ally and teleporting him to the ally, and the taunt/feint combo is nice. but hes just more of an annoyance.

Supports, while usually not noticed are OP.
I find that I win 90% more games as a support champion when I que in duos or full arranged becuase as long as my carries know what they are doing I can keep them alive to finish their job (ie: Zilean(rez), Taric and Soraka (heals) Morgana and Anivia (cc)) Which brings me to think that supports in general are OP, just kinda boring and aren't given the credit they deserve.
People are like "GG your -=auto attacking AD carry=- was so OP" and I sit back and smile becuase I was there saving my carry's bum :)
