Nice guide. The only thing that can be argued with is the order of the items after ROA but everyone has their own preferences.

Great Work +1, Only thing i would recommend would be flat Mp5 Seals because they allow you to
minion kill with W early on as well as harass with it and still have enough mana regen to combo and last hit.

yes, that works fine. if there is Annie against you which is higher level than yours, you should stay away from her til you equilize your Annie's level with the opponent.

I've been using another build but, I'm gonna try this for a while. This build also looks good.

Good biuld just went 14-1 in a 20 min game with it, i had 20 stacks at 15 min

Eu servers up again, just ended a game with 24/1/8. Thanks for the guide, havent tried another one since this works perfectly. Can't think there is a better guide to annie! +1
