Very, very very short guide. I wouldnt even call it a guide, sorry. Your build and runes are very strange btw. Any caster would blow you up in a matter of seconds. Also, I wouldnt go for mres marks but for magic penetration marks. Greater Quintessence of Health or 3x Greater Quintessence of Movement Speed would benefit rammus a lot more. Next, itemize for magic resist such as Force of Nature or Banshee's Veil. Besides, Rylai's Crystal Scepter is pretty much useless on Rammus.

Well I guess that will be it for now, I hope you can and will do something with it. I will not down or upvote just yet, I'll give you a couple of days to change something.
