Update when???

Its super nice guide, but I still don't understand what is build order for items?
Should I go for big items 1 at a time? Should I buy boots first?
This game is confusing.

the movement speed example is really of right now

it says tristana is 300 speed but as all champions was increased by 25
it says se gets 45 from boots, which is true but the calculation are made from 300 + 70 and the addition of 15% from PD, there have passed some time since PD was 15% ^^

+1, people who think Oracle's is for stealth champions need to be smacked upside their face and be told what wards are.

I'd just like to point out that Oracle's should not be considered an item used to counter Eve, and you might want to clarify that. By the time she becomes un-invisible because of your Oracle's, she's already visible because she's in sight range.

When I saw the title, I was looking for a guide on how to properly build a character (whether I should rush an item, for instance).

Regardless of that, I find this extremely useful to know what item choices are available to me and what should I do when I'm faced against certain team compositions.

Very nice guide, but i have a few suggetions. Can I ask you to use the base iteams to calculate the cost of the status in the iteams then use that to find how much you are paying for the passives. You should take out the Madreds bloodreazor refrence at the madreds razors portion. For sightstone I would like to mention that two sightstones used properly on the team can cover a huge area of the map and if they were ruby sightstones you get all the warding you really need. Maybe the support and the top/jungle. I also disagree with you about snowball iteams. Rengars iteam only loses 1 stack per death meaning unless you just fail and cant even get an assist per death you wont be wasting your gold. Mejai and Occult have better gold efficentcy to Needlessly large rod and BF respectively at 6 stacks. Meaning that if you can get 3 kills you then only have to maintain a kdr of 1. Also Mejai can be a huge asset to supports because their job is to prottect the adc. If mejai says "PLEASE GOD FOCUS ME" then isnt that exactly what you want. if your not going for kills you only need 2 assists per death to maintain the gold efficentcy. Supports also usually build durable and have a good chance of surviving even if the enemies go after him/her. The ap also boots the supports ability to heal, poke, etc. Also i feel you should mention that morrellomonicon and woll of the anchients are conditionally good support iteams. Morrello for your ranged magic damage supports agianst heavy healers(mundo,yi,soraka,etc) and that it now builds out of kages. Will is good on caster teams similiar to zekes and is also built from kages. Thank you for your consideration.
