Yes, he's A AP Carry 0.0 [From what you see in the video]
Q- Power Transfer- a shot that can damage your enemy and if it reaches you again, then it gives you a shield. [Kind of like a boomerang]
W- Gravaton(Graviton?) Field- that can slow and or stun your enemies in a specific area. [Long time= Stun Short time= Slowed]
E- Death Ray - You select a place then click around to damage your enemies. [Kinda like Rumbles Ult]
R- Chaos Storm- A Mobile Aoe that can move around damaging your enemies.
The Build is a normal standard Ap Build.
