Unique Passive: 20% chance to deal 425 damage to minions on hit. Unique Active: Illuminates target area for 6 seconds revealing enemies. (does not affect stealthed champions) 60 second cool down. Shares cool downs with any other Wriggle's items.
Basically this is meant to be for jungle tanks Rammus/Cho/Malphite etc. Rather than share the same active ward that lantern has this is meant to primarily provide better utility to tanks with a miniature CV...If it's too strong then it can be the same as Wriggle's Lanetern with a ward...Kinda boring to me tbh though albeit useful. Converted the AD that would be alotted from the long sword component of madreds into additional HP/Armor.

Unique Passive: 35% chance (15% chance on DoT spells IE Fiddlesticks' Life Drain) to return a % of mana used for the spell AGAINST MINIONS ONLY. Unique Active: Deal flat magic damage in an AoE around you to surrounding targets. 60 second cool down. Shares a cool down with other Wriggle's Items.
Clearly this is meant for a caster jungler like Fiddle/Ziggs/Fizz. I increased the AP granted because Madreds uses a long sword as a component so it needed to be converted for an AP user. The active might be meh compared to a ward or CV, but it's up for debate. As for the passive mana back on spell use...I figure AP junglers don't have trouble clearing the camps it's the fact that they spend so much mana and without blue buff they're boned sometimes.

So, Wriggle's Torch- has pretty much the active of cv, but gives armor and health. Sounds interesting.
As for the Wriggle's Wand, I'm really curious as to how much aoe damage it would do.
