Flash + Ghost on AP Carries

Which AP carries do you think should be running Ghost and Flash? It's generally not worth losing the extra damage from Ignite, but some characters really do require the mobility, or just flat don't require the Ignite.
The only one I can DEFINITELY say doesn't need it is Ryze. His relative close range and continued damage output means it's better for him to choose mobility over a slightly larger nuke.
Other ones I can say maybe on are:
Morgana
Swain
Fiddlesticks
Idk, just something to get you guys thinking while I'm off not posting on here...

Swain is a no for ghost. He gets a slightly larger DoT from ignite than most because his E amplifies damage. That alone is enough to keep it. Also, he has a snare. If they're moving faster than boots 2, you're not going to get them unless they dead stop.

The only AP champion I ever used Ghost on is Ryze.

Anivia can use it too.. Prefer the ignite though for getting the kill on second burst rotation.

I wouldn't use Ghost on Morgana, Ignite is relatively often the extra damage you need to combo an enemy down.

I'd say, you get Ghost if you find a benefit in either chasing or kiting on the Champ.. Ryze should work, it defintely works well on Vlad... Some others could be (never tested):
- Ahri
- Viktor
- Cassiopeia
- Fizz
- Kennen
- Rumble

IMO many AP caster dont need Ignite, so drop it and get Exhaust.

Regarding Swain I'd love to get ExhauSt+Ignite on him, but loosing your escape skill for that...
Either way you get yourself a really beefy Swain or dont try it at all.

the carry should be able to maintain a killing spree late game and ensuring survival is critical, but if your looking to carry ignite is the way to go, so that you r able to last hit enemy champs. flash AND ghost is more of an assasin thing for me, since they are the ones that need to get in and out as fast as possible. my ranked team only uses 1 ignite...the carry...
this game really IS ABOUT playing your role and depending on your team to do what it takes to win...play your role everyone and victory isnt hard to achieve =)

i dont really see AP carries often...maybe a brand here and there..but thats about it.
