Yep. Just keep moving and poke him. If he misses his DoT he's pretty much useless until it comes off of CD. So avoid and then poke, poke, poke. And as stated before, he has no sustain. When I play urgot, someone I find really aggravating to lane against is Cait. If she manages to miss my DoT, she'll poke the hell out of of me.
