Then play better. Usually teams at that elo are bad enough so that you can't win even if you win your lane. You will probably need to help your other lanes. For example, if you're playing top, and your mid and bot get raped but you're raping top, roam mid, counterjungle their jungle, and lanegank bot.
Prioritize these instead of farming. If you're unable to roam then just improve your skill so that you can stomp your enemy laner, allowing you to roam.

Trust me you might think your good but that might be your true elo. How many games have you played ranked? I played around im around 1500 elo and honestly its about right i feel as though its quite right. Even if i think im better. Eventually you will stop getting higher or lower.

The most important tip is to just stop playing ranked after you've lost a few matches (most people say 2-3), since you will feel annoyed in most of these cases. It's never good to play while tilted, but in ranked it will have an effect on your rating.

play hyper carries, and never stray away from top, ad, mid.
Well if you are an outstanding jungler it's pretty easy to carry like that as well!
rumble is a good choice and vlad as well. And since top is at least in my opinion the most important lane in the game
you should be able to carry if you own.
You will get matches with 2-3 pure ******s/afkters that you just can't carry just stop playing after 2-3 loses like Mastarwe said.

Ive been trying to play as many hyper carries as possible. Im pretty sure im going to go up in elo just had a short bad game streak.

if you are lastpick and you should support just don't do it. Or play wannabe sups like lux and stuff.

Do NOT ever do that^. Play a real support and play as well as you can.

Good supports can carry. It's just harder with support than with others.

I have been losing quite a bit and if anyone has any obscure tips or little things that make a diffirence it would be great. I mostly play solo top though (rumble,cho'gath and Vlad). Also suggest some good carry ranked champions.
(just played a ranked as rumble whooped *** n won)
