It happens, and its quite random too. Best save your templates on NotePad or something so you have some other source to go to.

Do the missing sections show up when you edit your guide, but not when you view your guide? If that's the case, you may have some BBCode errors causing the system to abandon those portions of text.
If they don't show up in edit mode, then they're lost and the best I can do is try to retrieve a backup. I would need to know exactly what day the chapters were lost, though, as I can't go searching through backups, I need to just pull it directly from the correct one. Backups are every day at midnight PST.
