What is PBE?

You are welcome to discuss anything that is patched to the Public Beta Environment, although we would prefer it if you keep most bug reports and feedback contained to the PBE forums. I play them couple of times during the free weak. I thought PBE was some private company running some champ game-plays or somethign like that, boy was I wrong lol[/quote]
