Forgive me if this has been done before, I'm still entirely new to the game. :P

I know that Miss Fortune plays really well as either an AD or AP build, but I thought it would be wise to try and attempt to build a mixed MF for once. I'm still new so I haven't focused that much on things like what to upgrade and when to upgrade them, or runes/masteries or anything like that, but I think I got a good build down. :)

Basically this focuses on using MF's abilities to their full extent to gank, farm and everything. The best thing I found about this is that you can basically kill off single waves of minions early/mid game with a single Make it Rain, so I should maybe present how I do this now.

- I usually start with a Doran's Ring first for the beginning of the AP building. This also gives mana regen which helps, should you start with something like Make it Rain.
- Due to her Strut ability, you shouldn't even need boots yet. I go with either boots or if you don't use them, a Kage's Lucky Pick which helps for gold as well.
- Hopefully by this stage I have some sort of boots, so I go for the Rabadon's Deathcap through the Needlessly Large Rod. Gives an amazing boost to her Make it Rain, Bullet Time as well as Impure Shots' passive.
- With Rabadon's Deathcap in hand, I would usually go for the rest of the boots, usually the Berserker's Greaves which help with giving attack speed.
- This may seem like an odd item, but I like to go for the Guinsoo's Rageblade now. It's really good for attack speed, and also helps build your ability power up much more with Deathcap. Just those two items along with the Doran's Ring and Kage's Lucky Pick can give you 300 AP. It also gives the AD you need which helps her AA and Double Up.
- I like to go for the Deathfire Grasp here. It's active is great as well as building from the Kage's Lucky Pick with is great. The mana regen works well with MF.
- Here's where I would like to go with a Lich Bane. It's ability combined with Rageblade is simply amazing for keeping anyone in check, especially anyone who can sustain a Bullet Time easily like Blitzcrank or Sona.
- By here I would've sold my Doran's Ring by now and bought a Hextech Gunblade. Extra AD is really juicy which really helps.

That's basically it, and I apologize if this is too long; I like to go in-depth. xD But anyway, this gives roughly 150+ AD and well over 400+ AP. Bullet Time can kill any weaker champions at basically full health, granted they don't have much magic resist like opposing Miss Fortune, Karthus and so on. By the time you get a Rabadon's Deathcap you can pretty much kill swarms of minions with a single Make it Rain.

Can I get your lovely opinions on this at all? Maybe any changes I could make to it?

If you are entirely new to the game I strongly suggest you go with a standard AD carry build on MF rather then a gimmcik build like you suggest. Your primary concern should be to start to get a working knowledge of the game in general including the roles and different champion capabilities rather than trying to experiment with a build when you don't have enough knowledge or experience to realize whether or not your build is actually effective or not (esp since you are most likely facing inexperienced opponents that may feed you regardless).

For MF a standard build would look something like

Berserker's Greaves > Bloodthirster > Phantom Dancer > Infinity Edge > Banshee's Veil > Last Whisper

Nah more like Boots> Infinity Edge> Berserker's Greaves> Phantom Dancer> Last Whisper> Quicksilver Sash> Bloodthirster. If you're having trouble early sneak 2 Doran's Blades between boots of speed and IE.
