1. Ok i will use openoffice now and i will try to rewrite the text correct. you are right english is not my native language and i am learning it this is the reason why i took for me longer do this

I don't doubt that you spent a lot of time on this, and the content seems sound (for the most part), but I do have a few suggestions, for this build and for future builds you might do.

1. Write each section in MS Word, or if you don't have that, OpenOffice (it's like MS Office, but free). You said you're on the EU server, so I appreciate that English may not be your native language, but your paragraphs are rather hard to read =P Fix the grammar, and you may find people will be more forgiving when rating your work.

2. Don't publish until the build is done. I know this from experience; I accidentally published my first build early. If it doesn't get any votes within the first few hours that it's on MOBAFire, it never will. People are less likely to vote if you don't have all your content up yet.

3. Don't abuse the color scripts. People are less likely to read something if looking at it makes their eyes hurt.

I can't in good conscience up-vote this until I can understand more of it (your run-on sentences make things very confusing), but I will be watching. Make a few changes, and I'll get back to you.
