OK, no, you do not need to restart, you have already spent money, have champs, you will just end up spending more money anyway whether or not its on this account or a different one. You never know if later on when you get more experienced those 3 champs that you think now are "mistakes" will become serious assets. Soraka, Ryze, Tristana, and Ashe are all tournament level characters, you should not feel bad for buying them. It will just take practice to get the hang of them, that and learning some basic concepts and skills about the game in general, which as stated earlier, i can help you out with.

Like I said before it not the heroes that I regret the most even though I do regret them kinda since I noticed afterwards they were not my playing style I am more Master Yi style of player speed is everything Akali I love her looks and she is one I really do want to learn as soon as I possibly can since she does look awesome and good. Teemo is more of a troll character for me since I am always joking around with him and all hes so adorable and deadly its a epic combo. I play him AP/Hybrid since I do go Hextech Gone Blade and Lichbane (just discovered this weapon lately)
later when u play ranked games,sometimes you just need to play other roles.
there is no space for 4 ap burster and a carry.so having a variety of champions is good.
btw ashe and soraka are super cheap,so you shouldnt regret it.
just save your money now,play the champions in the weekly rotation and buy a champion here and there you enjoy playing.save the rest for tier 3 runes and runepages.

Don't do what I did. I have two different ones, by nearly the same name. Both are now level 30s with different champions (similar runes). When I want to play different champions, I have to switch accounts. It has gotten really old. It was a mistake I made a long time ago, but I live with it because both have multiple 6300 champions, at least own 10-15 champions overall, and 3 complete rune pages each. Eventually you will get to the point of having every champion/rune anyway. Eventually there will be nothing left to buy except the newest champion coming out every 3+ weeks.

Do not buy runes until you are lvl 20-ish since then you got access to the tier 3 stuff.
So better buy champions,get comfortable with all the roles,speciales in some roles.
Then build a runepage for your favourite roles.I also don't see why you need to restart.

I am Rose of Blood I am newish to the game being level thirteen I already started to buy runes and all that but I want to know if I should restart since it seems I used a lot of IP for nothing. I bought tier one and combine them to tier 2 and planning to do the same when I reach tier 3 thinking that I will need all runs nine times and all quinteness three times and now I am starting think that I do not. I also bought six champions which three of them I do regret buying. Anyway I was wondering should I make a new account or not and if I do is there anyone that mind helping me with advice both in game and out I will try to place you as the friend that referred me knowing it will get you extras stuff. I am also looking for someone to play with obviously.
I can play five to ten games each night except Saturdays I might only be able to play around three or four since I have stuff to do. I want to start later so please tell me and thanks for reading this thread and all tips and advice is appreciated.
