Viktor a counter to Vlad?

[/quote] His [[power transfer]] has a lower cooldown until vlad starts hitting rank 4 and 5 of [[transfusion]], mix that up with the harass from [[death ray]] and it looks like Viktor wins trades.[/quote]

[/quote] I'm a Viktor player, and play on strengthening his early game to take better advantage of his super strong mid game (400 AP at 25 is really strong), to get there, I usually have resistances and movespeed in my runes/masteries which wouldn't make it easier for Vlad, he's not a counter, just strong earlier. Now Morde imo is a counter to Vlad as he mitigates Vlad's harass with his shield and forces him to last hit with skills under the tower, not to mention his ult ignite combo goes through troll pool when cast before it.[/quote]
