(Passive) TONS OF DAMAGEā¢: Phreak's critical strikes deal an extra 6/10/14/18/22/26/30/34/38/42/46/50/54/58/62/66/70/74 true damage. Phreak gains 2/4/6% extra healing from all sources. Get on my level (Q) automatically deals double the damage, but deals it as magic damage.
(Q) Get on my level: Phreak clicks on a person with his mouse, who then suffers 100/150/200/250/300 (+.5 per bonus attack damage) (+100% of his ability power) magic damage and is slowed by 10/20/30/40/50% over 2 seconds. If cast on an ally, it heals 80/100/120/140/160 (+60% of ability power) health and increases their movement speed by 10/20/30/40/50%. Applies on-hit effects.
10/9/8/7/6 second cooldown. 700 range. 60/70/80/90/100 mana.
(W) I play him as a jungler: Phreak brings down his keyboard with amazing strength and deals 500/700/900/1100/1300 true damage to a monster or minion. Phreak then becomes exhausted from this, losing 50/40/30/20/10% movement and attack speeds, but gives him and nearby allies 6/12/18/24/30 bonus armor for 15 seconds.
Cooldown: 90/80/70/60/50 seconds. 1500 range. 120/110/100/90/80 mana.
(E) Why are we doing this, Morello?: Phreak slashes all enemies in front of him with his keyboard, knocking them back 200/250/300/350/400 units and dealing 4/5/6/7/8% (+1% per 100 ability power) (+1.5% per 100 attack damage) of their current health as physical damage.
Cooldown: 18/15/12/9/6 seconds. 150/250/350/450/550 range. 50/55/60/65/70 mana.
(R) This is the Phreak Champion Spotlight: All enemies are forced to watch a sped up version of the Phreak Champion Spotlight, and instantly take 100/200/400 (+ .5 per bonus attack damage) physical damage, and 100/200/400 (+ 30% of ability power) magic damage. All enemies are stunned for 1 second, as they are forced to watch their screens. All allies are then given a 10/20/40 AD and AP steroid increase, a /50/30/10 armor and magic resistance decrease, and they all gain 3/6/9% lifesteal and spellvamp.
Cooldown: 200/160/120 seconds 100/200/300 mana.
Lore:
Phreak was just a normal league of legends player. He played in ranked, raged at his team, and generally was stuck in ELO Hell. He worked for Riot, but that didn't matter much except he made champion spotlights. His favorite activity was to annoy other people and do "TONS OF DAMAGEā¢". One day, he woke up to find that he wasn't in his house. He was suddenly in the famous entrance hall to the League of Legends. He heard the words, "You have been banned from League of Legends permanently. The only way to redeem yourself is to carry other summoners out of ELO Hell, which doesn't actually exist. Your goal is pointless, but so is everything else in life." Feeling very awkward and annoyed, Phreak ran through the door and entered the League of Legends.
"It was worth it." -- Phreak as he towerdives someone at level 1.
