Blitzcrank:

I understand that hitting your Q gets easier with practice, but I just can't seem to get the right angle most of the time. I figured Blitz was about sitting in the bush from watching enemy Blitzcranks, but I never seem to do as well as others.

Gangplank Top and Jungle:

I think I've gotten him down pretty well, but I want some tips on mana management, optimal routes, and lane matchups.

Kayle Top and maybe jungle:

I've played her in ARAB games and stuff with increased gold gain. Never played her for reals (level 30) in a normal game. I've heard she is amazing and scales exceptionally into late game. Thus, I'd like to play her.

Lee Sin Top:

I've given up on Lee jungle, it's too iffy for my tastes. I've played him top a couple of times, one against Akali (stomped her of course, direct counter), and once against Darius who I surprisingly destroyed. It looks very interesting to me, and I'd like to some tips and item paths. I also tend to be way too agressive, dunno if that is a good thing.

I think that's all for now.

Blitzcrank:
I feel like laning as Blitzcrank is mostly about showing your presence. Be aggressive, let the enemies know you're there by showing yourself and moving to get in position to grab them (that is if grabbing them from the lane brush is impossible because of minions - if not, feel free to just do that :P). In other words, let them know that as soon as they make a wrong move, they'll be dead.
A couple of things I want to emphasize:
- Picking Blitzcrank should really be done if you're laning with a strong AD (potential for a kill lane) and against champions that don't have easy escape abilities to dodge your Q. I wouldn't recommend combining Blitzcrank with someone like Ashe, just like I wouldn't recommend picking him against Ezreal, Tristana or Corki.
- Banning Alistar would be a good idea as he can just Pulverize you if you pull him in and turn the fight around.
- When laning against good defensive supports like Janna, it might be a good idea to grab her instead of the AD because then she won't be able to use her Howling Gale/ Monsoon if you knock her up or silence her in time.
- A pretty common yet strong counter to Blitzcrank is using wards to get vision in the lane brushes. Getting pink wards to remove those enemy wards will really allow you to zone enemies much easier as they'll be much more afraid of your Q.

Finally, one balls to the walls tactic that I sometimes use (but is still quite risky!!) is simply activating W and running up to your enemies in an attempt to knock them up. If they don't have escape abilities and you have a strong AD that can follow-up, there's not a lot they can do, as you'll be able to Q them even if they run away. If they decide not to run and burst you down instead, it might go wrong so be wary of that.

Lee Sin top:
Although I don't agree with Lee being a direct counter to Akali (yes, I know his E reveals her, but I still think she should do well in the matchup overall, especially after 6), I do agree that Lee top is interesting and very strong for sure.
In terms of item paths, it is quite common to start Boots + 3/4 potions, though Cloth Armor + 5 potions ofc is also an option.
After that, stacking a couple of Doran's Blades before transitioning into your main build is the general way to go.
In terms of boots, always pick up either Mercury's Treads or Ninja Tabi.
An aggressive item path would be Bloodthirster + Last Whisper + Guardian Angel, whereas a more common (and more tanky) path would be Frozen Mallet + Atma's Impaler (combining the two paths is possible as well). Of course counter-items such as Hexdrinker/ Maw of Malmortius (against AP), an early The Brutalizer (against tanky champions like Malphite) or an early Chain Vest (against strong AD champs) should not be forgotten.

I'm quite new to him myself, so I can't really give any details on matchups or other tips, but that's about all I know :3

I'm not completely oblivious to lane types and such, so this actually makes sense. These tips will help. I main support, but I can't seem to get Blitz down. Also, I've seen so many people build him like Mana tank. Should I just go normal support or as a mana tank?

You don't want to pull any of the tankier supports. Nunu is generally a strong counter to Blitz as well, as he can be pulled and then cripple the enemy AD.

He is a strong pick against Akali. Pre-6 he has stronger damage and can shut her down early if played agressively. Post 6 is basically just doing a bunch of damage and bursting her to death with your ultimate.

I have a sort of an item build, I just find I run out of item slots for it.

Boots + 3 Health Potions
Doran's Blade
Doran's Blade
Phage
Vampiric Scepter
Ward slot
Mercury's Treads or Ninja Tabi
Bloodthirster
Frozen Mallet
Maw of Malmortius or Randuin's Omen (Sometimes I get an early Heart of Gold.)
Maw of Malmortius or Randuin's Omen
Guardian Angel or Last Whisper

Blitz should be built almost the same as a normal support imo. I just prefer swapping randuin's for frozen heart, even though I still build HoG. 500 mana OP. You can also get BV as your source of MR, but you'll rarely get that far into the game anyway.

Faerie+wards+pots -> philo -> boots -> HoG -> glacial -> boots2 (I usually did mercs) -> shurelya's -> FH -> some sort of MR, probably BV or Abyssal.

I would not recommend building tear or catalyst early game, not do I think skipping either gold/10 item is a good idea.

I some experience with Kayle top, though she's rather straightforward if you ask me. Just max Q and build like an AD carry. Pick her in matchups that you can kite and you shouldn't have much of a problem. She's an exceptionally strong top laner.
Thanks to Minho for the sig!

By the way, I wouldn't mind practicing
with you on NA, with Blitz and his grab.
