Most certainly does not. Use tanky AP items (Abyssal, rylai's, RoA etc.) and you'll be quite annoying to kill, and you'll deal massive damage along with a true damage nuke. Smash them down with good burst and amazing cc and then BAM! Swallow them whole.

I currently use this and it works great. They're generally pretty good at keeping updated with new champions and items.
