His Q( Harsh Strike) or something Ognaf's next basic attack will deal 35/40/45/50/55+0.4 of his attack damage. Plus it will leave a Mark of Tem. Each Mark of Tem reduces the target's armor by 5/10/15/20/25. Can be stacked up to five times.

He is a melee character. Has a really big axe. He's an orc. Has sick looking armor( similar to sion's but way more epic. His skin color is Light Teal.

Energy 200 (+HAHAH UR FUNNY / per level)

Armor 30 (+/ 3.5 per level)

Story: Up to riot to make a story. Their game, their story. But I would like a rivalry between Ognaf and Sion.
Jokes, Taunts, laugh, walk,etc.: Again. Up to Riot to pick it.
Skins: Again up to Riot, plus we do not know what the champion will look like at all.
Predictions: Well this seems pretty op or underpowered. Ognaf has a good amount of damage and tankiness, though he doesn't have a lot of gap closers. Plus his combo will be hard to land, because his q and e are on next hit effects.
Reason: I made Ognaf because there weren't many Orc champions in the game. Yes there is Sion but didn't go for a bruiser type champion. For example, you can go ad sion or ap sion or tank sion. Orc's in games are genrally war hungry barbarians with no means what so ever with magic. So let's make a champion that fulfills the Orc's name. (Not in a bad way). Plus most champions are scared of tower diving. With this champion we can easily secure kills when victims run for cover of the tower. Placement In games i would put him solo top, for he can easily be sustained and be reliable in ganks. His farming and harrasment isn't so great though, but great damage out put and tankiness covers up for it. Another is Jungle. i suspect his jungle speed is going to be really slow. But could be useful for towerdiving ganks, plus his ult has a really nice slow.
