Brutilizer - Why are AD Carries rushing this?

In the last case, BT is strongest when the target has less armour, and slowly drops down as armour increases. In almost all cases, a fast BT is better than delaying your build with a Brutalizer. The 10arpen is still worthless early on. In these tests, I assumed that an AD carry is running 15AD runes, and 21 in offense. Running armour pen marks actually favours BF rush even more. If people are going to mention the CDR, or skills in general, give me a suggestion for an AD to compare it to, and I will compare the damage of their skills.[/quote]
