Team compositions.

Okay, so I've been thinking about team compositions lately and wanted to know what team compositions others were thinking about both inside and outside the meta. Please provide clear reasoning as to why you put people where and please provide only constructive criticism for the Ideas of others.

My idea was this:
Jungle: Olaf
Top: Elise
Mid: Syndra (Actually quite strong, and works well with this team comp.)
ADC: Urgot
Support: Nunu

Olaf jungle because I wanted a strong AD with good gank potential that didn't necessarily have to lock down targets (all lanes have strong CC.)

Elise top because she's able to clean up kills quite nicely and she doesn't fall off as much as the standard bruiser top lane.

Syndra mid AoE stuns, positioning won't really be an issue with this team comp so her main weakness is eliminated. Andher damage is AMAZING now with the buffs she's recieved.

Nunu/Urgot because Urgot is SLOW, but Nunu's slow and blood boil allows him to do great damage because the target is in range longer, he has good AD scaling, and if you coordinate their ultimates then you can completely lock them in Nunu's ult with Urgot's

I've got a couple.

Team Comp 1: Lock Down
Galio mid
Amumu jungle
Zyra support
Kennen top
Miss Fortune ADC

If you HAVE to have me explain whats going on here, there is a problem. But I will explain anyway. Mumu bandage toss into a tight group of enemies and ults. Galio flies/flashes in and ults also as mumu's stun is ending. Halfway through galio's ult, Zyra ults. As they are in the air, Kennen rushes in and ults. And all during this entire deal, MF is ulting the entire team with a BC on, shredding everyones armor and just dealing massive damage in general. Thats about 6-8 seconds of time where the entire team can't do ****. That's the general idea at least.

Team Comp 2: Nobody Fights Alone
Pantheon top
Shen jungle
Twisted Fate mid
Gangplank support
Ezreal or Draven ADC

Basically the idea is to use individual players to go out into "bad" situations, bait out a part of the team to chase him, then everyone else just kinda shows up and wreck everything. Everyone of course takes teleport as a summoner spell and everyone starts with the 1 minute ward in the masteries to make early 3 and 4 man ganks a breeze, and just snowball from there. Ez or draven can of course throw their ults anywhere, as well as GP.

These ideas are impossibly hard to pull off and absolutely requires a 5 man premade over skype/TS/Vent or whatever voice service you want to use. But if done right, good luck beating either of them without being a competitive level team.

Miss Fortune

Karthus, Anivia, Brand, Orianna, etc.

dump all your **** into J4's ult and enjoy

most of these team comps seem really ult-dependant and reliant upon the other team grouping up really tightly. They're interesting and have potential but how well can they be executed if they have a khazix or someone that just picks off your team 1 by 1 or before a team fight?

He won't even get to the team with my teamcomp I think. I mean you've got 4 Slows, 1 Knockup (non-ult), a root, a fear and a shield. So as long as you are not out of Position you should be fairly safe. If a Blitzcrank grabs you, well then that champ probably dies...

Top: Wukong
Mid: Orianna
ADC: Graves or Miss Fortune
Support: Leona, Sona or Lulu
Jungler: Malphite or Amumu

All it takes is one good ult, and the rest of them can just pile on top of that, Ace, Surrender, GG.
