On my core build, my 6 item build that shows up is fine except that the alacrity enhancement replaces the black cleaver... any idea on how to fix this?

Are you referring to the build preview in the Guide Browser? Or something else? I think it only takes the first 6 items so there probably isn't a way to fix it without rearranging your build order.
