Similar champ to Singed?

He's got a fling with mobility tied to it, weaker slow but more burst, can build whatever the hell he likes as long as it's tanky, and his ultimate does damage which is comparable to Singed's poison imo, and doesn't die, just like Singed. In addition he can jungle or top. Seems closer to Singed than most other champions.[/quote]
