Who Will Drop Tiers?

So, to formulate an actual point to this thread, who do you think will drop tiers in Season 5, based on the current changes? Do you think Riot's going to make Urgot a top-tier adc? And on another note will Xin Zhao be outrageously good? I forgot he has sustain in his heal and quite a bit of damage. I feel he might rise this season. Anyway, lemme know whatcha think.[/quote]
