SoloMid, Azubu Blaze and 6 More Invited to MLG Dallas

Major League Gaming announced the eight teams invited to the Fall Championship in Dallas on November 2nd through the 4th. The eight teams will be provided all-expenses paid trips to Dallas and will compete for a $30,000 prize pool through a double elimination bracket. The teams feature teams from 3 different regions: North America, Europe, and Korea.

North American Teams

  • Team Curse
  • Team Dignitas
  • Team Solomid
  • Counter Logic Gaming NA
  • Team Dynamic

CLG Prime has recently gone through a roster change with Voyboy leaving, HotshotGG moving back to the top lane, Chauster jungling, and Locodoco playing support. Will Locodoco fit with the team enough for them to make a long run in the invitational?

Team Curse and Team Dignitas placed 1st and 2nd at Raleigh and definitely benefitted from the absence of TSM and CLG NA. Will they be able to repeat their performance with the likes of TSM, CLG NA, and the European and Korean teams?

Europe and Korea

  • NaJin Sword
  • Azubu Blaze
  • Counter Logic Gaming EU

These three teams will obviously be the fan favorites to take 1st place in Dallas. NaJin Sword is coming off of their great group stage play at the World Championships and unpredictable run in the Korean Regionals to qualify for the Championships. CLG EU were able to get to the semi-finals of the World Championship before losing to Azubu Frost. Azubu Blaze, once thought the dominant team in Korea, need to prove that they are still a top team after not qualifying for the World Championship.

Jatt, Deman, MonteCristo, and OptimusTom will be bringing the action all weekend long. The league will offer up the HD pass for $14.99 like always and you can get it on their website: www.majorleaguegaming.com

Tell us below who you think the top 3 will be.

My guess on Top 3:

1. Team SoloMid (Don't hate me, I'm a Dyrus fan :P)
2. Azubu Blaze
3. Team Dignitas

Id put TSM, CLG-EU and AB on top 3 I guess.. Kinda fun, as I put one of each continent, but hell, I think, they're the best of those :D

well the korean scene for LoL has been amazing thus far so this will equate to a similar dominance like in starcraft/sc2... Azubu Blaze will be the team to watch but... my fav is always CLG NA so lets see how this works out.
