Deals 30 / 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 (+100% of ability power) magic damage to each nearby poisoned enemy, plus 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 additional damage per stack of Deadly Venom applied to them.

I build twitch with so much crit chance and armor penetration that after I get my 6 stacks of poison on a target, Expunge is nearly always a guaranteed kill with the exception of tanks which may take only a couple more hits thanks to my madred's bloodrazor.
