Rek'Sai targets an enemy damaged by her in the last 5 seconds and then dives underground, becoming untargetable. Moments later, she leaps unstoppably at her target dealing 150 / 300 / 450 (+1.0 per bonus attack damage) plus 25 / 30 / 35% of the target's missing health as physical damage.
