This bonus is doubled if the target killed is a large minion, large monster, or an enemy champion.Passive: Veigar gains 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 ability power when he kills a champion from any source of damage.

omfg with this you only need Lichbane and you can build Veigar tanky or ad, but still have the burst, this make Veigar one of the best snowballer |
