I would like to start by saying, "SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME I DO NOT UNDERSTAND.".
Why do people build AP!? I just don't get! is an AD focused DPS. Under no circumstances should anyone build Yi AP! Maybe there is some sort of hidden secret I do not know, but it never makes me more frustrated than to see an AP Yi feed on my team or even the enemy's team.

YES I KNOW THAT HIS SCALES OFF OF AP, BUT WHAT ABOUT Wuju Stlye AND !?!?! AND IS NOT A VALID ARGUMENT FOR WHY AP YI IS GOOD. "OMG YOU CAN SIT STILL AND REGEN HEALTH FOR 5 SECONDS DURING A TEAM FIGHT WHILE YOUR "Q" IS OFF OF COOL DOWN. YOU'RE BASICALLY INVINCIBLE BRO." Yeah, well you're also an immobile target who can be picked off at the end of the team fight. GOOD JOB YOU STUPID ******.

I honestly just think that people enjoy playing AP because his can KS really hard with a lot of AP, and it makes your K/D look really nice. In closing, if you play AP , GO CLIMB IN A ******** HOLE AND DIE. QUIT BREATHING MY OXYGEN YOU SCUM SUCKING VERMIN.

Harrass is pretty solid and Meditate paired with Highlander makes him almost unkillable even if ganked. Highlander resets all your cooldowns when you score a kill, so theoretically you can Alpha Strike the enemy team and score a kill. Repeat till the enemy team is raped. I don't like Master Yi and i would never play him under any circumstances, however it's a way to build him due to the great AP scaling. And works if you time correctly your skills. Of course there are some positives in doing so but in the end it just goes down to whether that Master Yi is good at it or no. It's pretty much troll, but I've seen some AP Yi's just dominate everybody. Never underestimate strength.
