There's really not much difference other than some of the 6300 champions being more unique and better looking. Some of the 6300 champs suck pretty horribly.

I would try to avoid getting them unless you know you'll like them, because it's a lot of IP to waste.

Some are really good, but mostly for a new player I'd recommend buying almost all 1350 champs,
that's the best way to learn the game.

Mordekaiser is really worth the ip cost, Viktor is fun but takes some skill to learn and is considered UP.

My recommendation is waiting for a 6300 champ to be free, and then test him.

Me for example, I didn't like Panth's champ concept but the first time I tried him I went 16/8/10 this week.

Every 6300 champion is worth the IP, but that doesn't mean that they're more worth it than cheaper champions. I think the best way to go is to use freeweeks to figure out which champions you want most and just buy those. Don't worry too much about the price. If there are several you want to play but love them all equally, you can definitely go for the cheaper ones first.

I've played League of Legends for more than 1,5 years and played over 1000 games. I've bought, wait for it, 14 champions. I bought my first champion, Cho'Gath, when I had 15.000 IP, and since then have I never had less than 15.000 IP. At the moment I have 50.000 IP.

There's a free champion rotation for a reason.

nope. i find many 6300 IP champs just suck.
