Go into a custom game with no opponent and try to last hit every single minion. The amount of minions that spawn by 10 minutes is about 110, so try to get as close to that as possible. Generally the highest cs possible in an actual game is about 100 every 10 minutes if you're a pro player and playing well.

well the thing is if you can CS well with those casterz that have ****py attack animations, you are good to go for CS. eg. anivia :D.

master anivia cs and you will be fine for other champs.

As Luther said, but practice in a custom with melee champions and start dblade.

Then go ranged AD with dblade start, AP with dblade start, and AP with no start.

After, just do the same in a real game.

That's more or less how I did it, minus the customs :P

Therefore, if you keep practicing with each game being able to last hit 90% of a creep wave, you'd keep that talent for last hitting! I can help with some things though. Here is some advice:

1: Check the minion health Make sure that between your damage output and the minions health are stable, so that when you hit the minion, it'll definitely kill them. This requires timing.

2: Check your auto-attack particle speed: Champions like Anivia and Karthus have a terribly slow attack speed. This will mean you will need to attack earlier then usual, or force you to go up close to last hit.

3: Check how much damage the minion is taking: Example, if a cannon minion is attacking a caster minion, it'll deal quite a bit of damage. Consider launching your attack so that when the particle of the attack animation hits the minion, it'll kill it (even if you targeted it at 50% health, because the cannon minion and several other minions are attacking it).

Try going into a custom game like Luther3000 said. And try with Annie if you have her. Disintegrates mana is refunded if you kill a champion/minion. Playing her helped me to learn to last hit and get a high CS.

Don't practice too much in customs.
Application of CS-ing in normals is VERY important.

When playing a custom game add a bot or just get pretend there's an enemy there, because if you only practice in customs, you will overextend to get a cs and get harassed x9000

Play Nasus or Irelia. Melee Csing is more "dangerous" and should help you with the practise of Csing safely.
