Only those who haven't done the above can say that that they get matched up with bad players. Of course, it's true and I agree, but there are of course times when even you aren't as good as your teammates want you to be.

Learn to carry hard with snowball champs or prepare to play the game of Solo Queue Roulette. Warning you now, if you can't completely carry people at your elo and someone else on the other team outcarries you, you deserve to lose elo and they deserve to gain elo. There are a lot of instances where you'll have great and "even sided" games but if you're in nothing but a gain elo mentality, you better learn to be the best carrying player in the games you get matched in.
