Lore
In anceint times Roark was believed to be a legend or a myth, he sat dormant in a cave outside the Proving Grounds and watched and listened as the war went by. After the war was over Roark awoke he saw the decaying bodys of Noxus Troops and Demancians after this horrible display. He saught out the League of Legends and once found, he rampaged against the walls and doors, once he was defeated, he swore that his revenge was in the days to come.

I believe that Roark should be played as a solo top champion for his harrasment spells and his heal, he can also be played as a jungle due to his passive and his heal.

Zilean a happy fellow traveled back in time and brought back someone, Jarlean. Jarlean when she shoots an arrow at someone it creates a random occurence. Some people sought this as a gift and others as a curse. This ability is a fifty-fifty chance among normal people but summoners, that is a complete mystery. Jarlean contracted this gift from her great, great grandmother who died 35 years after Jarlean was born. Jarlean holds a mysticla orb and when she fires an arrow into the orb, while it's showing a person's picture it changes their fate. Hello everyone I am here to talk about the Late August Patch, presented by RIOT.
This patch Phreak and FeralPony spoke about
Diana, 
Graves, 
Corki, 
Evelynn, and 
Ezreal.
They gave Diana a must needed nerf. They lowered her damage and range of most of her abilities while still keeping her mostly the same.
In my opinion they nerfed Graves hard. By getting rid of his attack speed move and they turn around saying that it will help him early game.
A nerf to Corki was not needed in this patch. By giving his ulti a bigger timer to load his missiles, as if people playing Corki isn't having a hard enough time already.
They buffed Evelynn. I in fact was not surprised by this buff, the rework gave her more standing in play but still not good enough to be in ranked or draft. They gave her a lower cooldown on her movement speed, making her more efficent to gank and move about the map, also they lowered the sight range of her passive so she has to be right on top of them to see her.

In this patch they mainly focused on the tools of the game one major one.
Players may now create up to 20 mastery pages, up from 10.
This is the biggest part of this patch, I for one look forward to expanding my choices of masteries.
Another big one is Increased the variance in team composition makeups for Coop vs AI.
This had gotten me so excited because I love doing Co-op vs AI and they finally changed it.
They also released Syndra, and fixed a bug with Graves
