Views: 1370 Achieving my first Pentakill

Yesterday something incredible happened, something that even after a good night sleep I am still buzzing from the thrill of it because I, MyBloodisblack achieved my very first pentakill in League of Legends :D.
Firstly the match up - I decided to go with Vi in the jungle because I love her power, her defensive capabilities (which was a big part of the pentakill) and just her cocky attitude just makes her really fun to play with :).
On my team we had Jinx and Lulu in bot lane, Nidalee in mid lane and Jax holding the top lane whilst the opponents had Ezreal and Soraka in bot lane, Zed taking mid lane, Lee Sin my jungle counter part and Nasus facing Jax up top.
The match started reasonably poor for me though, I tried to help
Nidalee who was in mid lane by ganking however we just didn't have enough fire power to take down Zed on two occasions although a well placed Spear would have ended him and then out of nowhere Nidalee was the first to go down :/ Oopsie daisy.
But I had a good idea what I wanted to do and my first task was to build Wriggle's Lantern so I could turn it into a Feral Flare - Now I have had alot of people tell me that Feral Flare is not good on Vi however I find that the added Attack Speed and Damage plus the bonus magic damage against all that stand in my way actually really good on Vi if you remember to pick off camp me you got a moment (and you will because with Feral Flame those camps fall quicker and quicker like nobodies business).
Now to begin with I was not feeling the team where doing their part, alot of wanting ganks done but running away as soon as I got there and I will not deny I got frustrated and felt like going AFK because of it but I decided that what would be best would be to focus on my build, get the build up and running and see if that could turn the tide of the match so I started to build my other items.
With Feral Flare underway I went with Mobility and I feel on Vi nothing is better than a good old pair of Ninja Tabi to give extra armor and dodge capabilities which can be vital in team fights.
Secondly I knew I had to go defensive quickly so I started work on my Sunfire Aegis and Banshee's Veil because they not only provide much needed Health towards making my passive incredibly dangerous but cape gives some great AOE damage and Banshee offers that extra shield.
Thirdly I had to start adding damage to her for the upcoming team fights and I decided on Trinity Force because its got a good chunk of everything that was needed as well as a cool passive that means everytime I used an ability my next basic attack dealt even more damage to my enemies.
Finally I went with Warmog's Armor simply because of the 1000 health which in turn took my HP up to over 4,200 which meant that my passive Blast Shield gave me protection of over 420 against damage from the other team.
Now for the big moment, I finished the build and I was starting to pick off opponents one by one, two by two basically they had no idea what to do with me because I was so tanky and then we all meant in the middle of the map...ready for a big fight and if I remember I went straight for Lee Sin who was in the back row and started punching him whilst in turn had all his team mates trying to take me down as well but because of my Armor, Magic Resist, Dodging, two heavy duty shields and a ton of HP they were struggling to do much to me and that gave my team the opportunity to come in and attack.
Now it was kinda a fast moving fight but all I remember is Lee Sin tried to run away but I turned around in time to hit him for my first kill then I had my Relentless Force ready so I turned around and punched the first person I could and their team most have been low on health and too close together because suddenly Soraka, Zed and Ezreal all fell and it came up with QUADRAKILL and the only person remaining was their own tank, Nasus who was on low health to so I went after him punching and he was being slowed down by something then the Excessive Force was ready again...the moment of truth had arrived so I swung back and POW!! right at him and then I heard it - PENTAKILL.
I have to admit part of me felt that maybe I had started celebrating too soon, maybe I had got the pentakill it was one of my own team mates but there on the screen next to pentakill was a picture of Vi, My Vi...I had achieved my first pentakill and I had done it with a champion I was a fan of which made it feel sweeter in my book.
The Rest of the match went smoothly, we took Baron twice as we just toiled with them a bit more and I did try to repeat my feat however I was only able to pick up a few doubles and triples on the way to a glorious victory for me and my team.
This may sound weird but I actually went into the match believing I could achieve a pentakill because I had just finished watching the semi final match between Counter Logic Gaming and Team Solomid and got to see Bjergsen pull off a pentakill with Karma and that buzz from seeing that made me feel and believe I could do it and well...I did.
And just so there is no doubts
Here is the results of that match and as you can see I have 5 multikill which equals a Pentakill :D

I do Apologise I was still buzzing and probably miswrite a bit :) I do now realise that Ninja Tabi blocks 10% of damage not dodge as I thought ^^

Well done, sir. Pentas are hard to come by nowadays, and they usually only come about on champions with high mobility, resets, or AoE. Vi has a little bit of AoE and mobility, but not enough to make pentas easy to secure. Well done :>

Unranked brats aren't allowed to get Pentas.
I think I will start playing ranked as soon as those lag issue right now is solved. I will end up in bronze(low silver if i get lucky) anyway, but it is not really better than unranked so it doesn't matter.
The other time ADC stole it when I was on rampage as
Oh well, at least I've helped my ADCs get around 10 pentas in ranked games...
