My diet for today, getting shredded!
Whey protein shake with milk, 2 Omega369 capsules and 1 fruit
Cottage cheese with some nuts and oats. 1 cup of coffee
Low amount of brown rice and salmon + broccoli and some peas.
Nuts and 2 capsules of omega3. 1 cup of coffee.
1 spoon of peanut butter and a whey protein shake with milk. 2 cups of coffee.
Water with BCAA and some L-Glutamine.
1 protein shake and a banana.
Salad and chicken breast.
Before bed snack:
Biceps and Triceps at the gym today.
Dieting sucks, I want pizza!
Only 9 weeks to go before I can start eating for real again, getting shredded for the Turkish beach!
Can't wait to start bulking again, I want carbs..
