Actually Twitch is really strong right now. I would say he finally fits into the meta and doesnt need to jungle because he has no other lane that he could use. He is a better ad carry than jungle, and a good ad carry at that.

same here kikru but i believe his engaging skills have increased alot and his kill ability is more potent you see he doesnt rely on ambush anymore and a oracles doesnt shut him down |

The new Twitch has become more of a team-dependent ADR carry and definitely stronger in the late game, compared to the old Twitch. Kikru wrote:
