Alistar is actually a top ban at the moment. As is Malphite. I'm surprised you were able to get him.

The Rumble ban was undoubtedly to clear the lane for top malphite. Rumble counters the **** out of him, but not many others do as well.

Aoe team comps are super nice though. I've been playing a lot of Malphite and Amumu recently. Works quite nicely when you get a kennen, vlad, leona, mf, graves or someone else with an aoe ult. ^^

I had a game on euw today as amumu with galio, kennen, alistar and AD irelia bot lane. 4 champions with huge aoe ccs and one to clean everyone up. It was pretty fun.

I don't understand how people don't counterjungle amumus o.o

How did skarner not destroy amumu? Jungling against amumu is like one of the easiest things in the game. And no, skarner can easily duel amumu and survive with half hp left.

Bad skarner is bad. Builds sheen. sigh. and hextech. sigggh. Also, tristana build wriggles O_O mustve been losing pretty badly.

Actually Mik, we counter jungled the **** out of Skarner ;D

I stole his second blue (lvl 1 Dark Binding OP), and mummy and me went in to steal his third.

And for the record, our Malphite had 500 armor vs Riven 20 minutes in LOL.

amumu barely does any damage in comparison to a skarner. Early game skarner should wreck an amumu D:

Perhaps in the magical paradise of 1v1 jungles, but winning a 1v1 doesn't mean you can counter jungle them every game. Good counter junglers can get in and out fast, usually with strong escape mechanisms like Deceive. Skarner just has his W speed and he's not too strong pre6. He won't win 1v2 or 1v3. When amumu hits 6, he can lock skarner in his jungle for longer, allowing his team more time to collapse on him.
