This is truly truly outragious, and gems are outragiues aswell. Lol.

Now okay. For real. The biggest part of League of Legends player claim Elo Hell to be up to 1,4k ? Mabye even only 1,3k.

And I played form 0 Elo up to 1520+ -> Gold Elo. So please guys, if you are stuck in a certain Elo, you just belong there and do not need to whine about bad players, leavers and trolls. Because it is impossible for one player to have a troll/leaver/etc. in 100% of his games. Since the percentage of having one of those is only around 40% you may be one of these troll/leavers/terribads yourself. You just need to realize that and start improving yourself.
