Hello, today I am going to show you how I perfer to play Urgot. Urgot is THE master of harassment due to his knives and should therefor be played a little agressively.
Pros / Cons
+Very good harraser
+Awesome in team fights with his E (it lowers armor of anyone hit)
+Can turn a teamfight around if his ult is used correctly
+Strong agains smushy chars
-Pretty slow move speed
-Not very sustainable
-Easy to counter
My masteries areSummoner's Wrath : this will enhance your exhaust
Alacrity : I only take this to get to armor expertise for the 10% armor pen
Sorcery CDR very nice for urgot
Demolitionist to get that extra dmg on turrets
I skip Vampirism beacause Urgot dosn't scale well with life steal
Sunder even more armor pen
Executioner very nice for lasthitting minions and/or champions.
Summoner's Insight is great for flash
Expanded Mind and Meditation are really good to keep you spamming your Q
Good Hands is in my opinion a very good mastery for any champion since you revive much faster and can therefore aid your team in battle more frequently.
For runes I take
Greater Mark of Armor Penetration
Greater Seal of Mana Regeneration
Greater Glyph of Cooldown Reduction
Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage
Urgot's knife spamming takes alot of mana and you should therefore get some mana regen from greater seal of replenishment
Flash is THE summoner spell for Urgot. It is really good for escaping ganks and it also is very useful after you used your ult on someone, beacause most likely if you ult someone they are in a place that wouldn't be so good for you and Flash will most likely help you out.
Exhaust is a pretty good spell for Urgot, since it is good for almost anything; escaping, 1v1, ganks and so on.
Ignite is viable if you do not have any on your team, but I perfer exhaust.
You pop the cherry with a Meki Pendant and two Health Potion's
On your first retreat you should have enough money for a Tear of the Goddess and Boots of Speed
From here you take Manamune and Mercury's Treads
The Brutalizer is very good for early-mid game due to it's very high damage and low cost, however this item is just temporary DO NOT upgrade to Youmuu's Ghostblade you will not need it. just sell it when you are out of space for Frozen Heart or Trinity Force
glacial shoud with this and the runes you should be able to get up to 40% CRD it will make you be able to get 4 Acid Hunter shots in every time you use Noxian Corrosive Charge.
Last Whisper is a very good item for Urgot, it has great synergy with your knives.
Banshee's Veil is really good for survivability agains heavy CC teams
Frozen Heart this is really good for urgot since it takes your CDR on knives really low.
Trinity Force is really good to round up your build since it gives everything you need.
I max the knives first (Q) beacause it is your main sorce of damage.
Your E is very good to max right after due to it's armor lowering which will give you more damage output
I do not get the shield (W skill) untill I am forced to do so.
In my opinion it is really underpowered, besides, your damage output will be way higher, and will result in alot more harrasment.
Zaun-Touched Bolt Augmenter (Passive): This will lower the damage of every target hit by 15%
Acid Hunter: Urgot fires a missile towards the cursor dealing 10 / 40 / 70 / 100 / 130 (+0.85 per Attack Damage) physical damage and applying his passive (does not apply other on-hit effects). Missile-lock can be achieved by holding the cursor over target afflicted by Noxian Corrosive Charge. It won't lock on invisible minions or wards.
Terror Capacitor: Urgot charges up his terror capacitor to gain a shield that absorbs 80 / 140 / 200 / 260 / 320 (+80% of ability power) damage for 7 seconds. While the shield is active, Urgot's attacks and missiles slow targets by 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40%.
Noxian Corrosive Charge:Urgot launches a corrosive charge at a target location. Enemies afflicted by the charge have 12 / 14 / 16 / 18 / 20% reduced armor and take 75 / 130 / 185 / 240 / 295 (+0.6 per bonus AD) physical damage over 5 seconds.
Acid Hunter is able to missile-lock onto targets affected by Noxian Corrosive Charge.
Hyper-Kinetic Position Reverse(Ultimate): Urgot charges up his Hyper-Kinetic Position Reverser, gaining 80 / 105 / 130 armor and magic resistance for 5 seconds. The target is stunned for 1 second before swapping positions with Urgot. After the swap, the target is slowed by 40% for 3 seconds.

From lvl 1-6 you can play very aggresively due to the long range of Acid Hunter. Here you are supposed to keep your enemies low on health all the time.
From lvl 6+ you can concider roaming a little. You ult Hyper-Kinetic Position Reversewill make up for very nice ganks.
Your job is to deal heavy damage and pick down the enemy supporter and carry from afar, and keep the enemy team low on armor with your E Noxian Corrosive Charge
