Pros / Cons

Pros

+ Good damage
+ Best CC in LoL ( Charm)
+ Very mobile (with Spirit Rush)
+ Very low Cooldowns...
+ Everybody's falling in love with her (I mean everybody)


Cons

- Very Squishy...
- She's nothing without Spirit Rush
- Countered by CC
- Hard to play!

Greater Mark of Magic Penetration because penetration is always good option.
Greater Seal of Scaling Health because I like it ;P. It gives you moreHP but if you are playing full assassin Ahri you can take others.
Greater Glyph of Scaling Ability Power because Ability power is everything that Ahri needs :P
Greater Quintessence of Ability Power because it gives 15AP at the start of the game


Of course it depends on situation, for example if you are against AP Burst Mage like LeBlanc or Annie, you can take MR Glyphs or against AD mid like Zed, Talon or Kha'Zix you can take AR Seals, e.g.

Greater Seal of Armor becauseArmor can really help you against ADs ( Zed, Jayce, Talon, Kha'Zix or even Troll Soraka)
Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist because Magic Resist can really help you against your AP counters ( LeBlanc, Annie or Swain)
Greater Quintessence of Ability Power because I said it, too... :D

OFFENSE
Sorcery is good because it gives you 5% Cooldown Reduction... With Athene's Unholy Grail and Deathfire Graspthat'll be 35% Cooldown Reduction and that's AWESOME!♥
Double Edged Sword is quite good... you'll deal slightly more damage to enemies but enemies will deal bonus damage to you, too.
Mental Force ... 0.89AP per level... →(0.17*9)AP from Runes+0.89AP from Masteries= 1.53AP +0.89AP= 2.42AP per level →27.54AP from Runes +16AP from Masteries 43.54AP at level 18 what is simply GREAT!♥
Arcane Mastery will give you another Ability power but flat...+6AP at level 1... What more do you want?♥
Executioner is great mastery... If your enemy is lower than 50% of their max HP, you will deal another 5% damage... cutee :3 But sometimes you won't need 3/3 poist in it because it won't increase damage!
Archmage will inrease your Ability power by 5%... amazing with Rabadon's Deathcap... 35% more Ability power ♥♥♥
Dangerous Game is only reason why i maxed my Executioner ... If you kill enemy champion you will get Mana and HP... Sweeeet♥
Devastating Strikes for Armor and Magic Penetration... As Ahri you will need both. Armor Penetration for more damage from your AutoAttacks and Magic Penetration for... magic damage :P
Arcane Blade is something like lichbane and it have great synergy... the more AP you have, the more damage from your autoattacks your enemies will recieve (but in magic damage)... It's BEAUTFUL ♥
Havoc is simple: "+3% increased damage"... Oh I forgot... ♥

DEFENSE
Oh I don't have any points in Defense... :3

UTILITY
Fleet of Foot for increased Movement Speed because Assassins need it!
Meditation 1 point here... Mana regeneration is often great :)
summoners insight will reduce cooldowns of summoner spells... Simply: Reduced cooldown of Flash from 300 seconds to 270 seconds and Ignite from 210 seconds to 189 seconds. ♥
Alchemist will increase the duration of potions by 10%
