This is the exact copy of the top build except you got the items in a diffrent order its sad to take credit for someone elses work...
And 90% of it is in the exact same order.
Also you already have your survivability with the RoA, so stacking even more HP doesnt do much instead of getting some damage.
Not liking the build that much, it has too many flaws :(

Isn't GA worthless especially if you cant flash away?
~revive~ -> Flash = Escape
Heal is worthless on an annie I rather get ghost.
Usually I either go
-Ignite+Ghost
-Ignite+Flash
And GA is kind of iffy....you have about 3k hp total that's pretty good. Idk... but Ga makes me want to -1 this build ;/
Did you see why I put GA? I said it was a joke item...you can easily substitute it for Abyssal Scepter, Void Staff, or Banshee's Veil...And in regards to Heal...Just like I told the other people...Heal is for early game dominance, allows you to lane longer and lets you completely turn around a fight if you are midding and your opponent thinks you are going to die. late to mid game it isn't great but I am never alone so I can get away without needing flash or ghost.
