If you want to read a bunch of filler about tips and playstyles, go look at some other Ashe guides. This is just going to be about my build. Flash/Ghost 21/0/9 standard stuff. I know my masteries may seem a little strange, but I like having a little bit more punch to my ult so I take 15% magic pen...1 point in health/mana regen is enough for me so I like the 2 points in good hands...change around what you will.

Standard skill sequence, desolation/clarity/focus...you can swap arp quints for move speed if you feel slow without boots of swiftness.

On to items, I like to rush inf edge so that's my reasoning for taking the Brutalizer. I take zerker's especially since LW doesn't give attspd anymore, so that 25% is necessary. LW after IE for dmg+arp. Next up is a defensive item, banshee's veil is almost always the best option for Ashe, followed by the bloodthirster and GA/stark's/phantom/ghostblade to top it off though getting to the last item is rare.
