Runes

No critrunes - Yes, I am serious ;)
With this Itembuild you will get 100% critchance, theoretically 135% with ur passive, but thats of no matter.
Critrunes in early arent as necessary as farming fury up to get some Critchance by that and then nuking your enemy down with 1-3 lucky crits with 35% critchance.

Masteries

Masterys might be Resistance+3(+6 MR) instead of Sorcery+3(3% CDR), but everything else should be used this way to play nuking Tryn ;)

Farming

What u want to hear? Do ****in farm every minion and junglecamp on the map!
Tryn is very item-based and so you need to get as much money as possible in early- and mid- to rule lategame!

Items

Yap you see right - 100%Crit through items although the passive grants 35% crit extra and i'll explain you why:
Later in game, when you are well-farmed and just want to crush someones nuts, you do a junglecamp or farm a lane to get 100Fury and then rush into the enemy - you will crit with every hit and after you have activated your ult to escape (let's be honest, only in some few cases you rly win teamfights through ult) you activate your q to get some hp and then you can do sum more jungling or lane-farming to get full-hp again very fast, so that you can get into next fight just right after.
