Q skill on lvl 3? no lich bane? 1000AP with lich bane is better than 1400AP without one.i didnt like your guide. -1

so useless. With this build, all the enemy team has to do is spend 740 each on a negatron cloak, and your damage output will be nearly halved. Very inefficient damage for the money. Mpen is always underappreciated - most people don't realize that just by getting +20 Mpen your dmg is increased by ~ 20% against a champ w/o any MR items.

I agree, I've been looking at this build, that 40 AP isn't worth screwing the entire mastery tree up. Actually, anything over 1000 AP is kinda useless.

Though this was just an exercise to see the maximum amount of ability power the little guy could get. Truthfully, to be applicable, runes and mastery should be geared to CDR/MagPen to make the most of his ult.
